Positioned at the junction of Granville Street and West Cordova, this landmark development sits steps away from major transit connections, premium retail, and the city’s financial and convention districts. Surrounded by sweeping views of Vancouver Harbour, Stanley Park, and Coal Harbour, the building sets a new standard for workplace environments.

Cenelia collaborated with Experience Design Group Inc. and Bosa Developments to support the design development and specifications for the Exterior Sign Program and Public Plaque Recognition. Her contributions focused on delivering a cohesive and functional wayfinding system that complements the site’s architectural character and urban context, while ensuring clarity, compliance, and visual consistency throughout.
