Pier West

The “Pier West” is a 3-building mixed-use neighbourhood development consisting of 1 low-rise commercial building (Phase 1), 1 residential tower with ground level CRUs, and another full residential tower (Phase 2) . The commercial opportunities include a restaurant at the lower level of West Tower, a daycare occupying upper levels of the commercial building, and 2 CRUs at the ground level of the commercial building. The neighbourhood is accessible from Quayside Drive at the south which connects all 3 buildings. These 3 buildings share one parkade entrance from the south end of the development, via Quayside Drive adjacent to the commercial building. The 2 residential towers share one central drop-off area. A second residents-only parking entrance sit directly west of the East Tower.
